Return & Refund Policy

At The Patina Project, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Wenwan walnuts. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unused, and unplayed (no signs of "Pan" or oiling).
  • In its original packaging with all included accessories (such as brushes or storage bags).
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process To start a return, you must contact us first at patinaprojectcustomerservice@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs.

5. Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fee  for returns. 

6. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
