Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unplayed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Please note: We specialize in collectible Wenwan walnuts. Any items that have been oiled, modified, or show signs of "pan wan" (playing/handling) cannot be returned.)

2. Return Process & Address To start a return, you must contact us first at support@zenwalnut.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a product defect, damage upon arrival, or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the full return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

4. Taxes, Duties, and Restocking Fees

  • Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fees for returned items.
  • Taxes: For US customers, all applicable taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. There are no hidden fees or additional import duties for standard US deliveries.

5. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
