1. Shipping Destinations Currently, Zenwalnut exclusively ships to the contiguous United States. Note: We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.) at this time. If you are located in other international regions and wish to place an order, please contact our customer support team at support@zenwalnut.com before purchasing to check if special delivery arrangements can be made.
2. Shipping Costs & Timeframes We offer straightforward pricing for our US customers:

- Estimated Delivery Time: 7-12 Business Days (after processing)
3. Order Processing Time All orders require 1-3 business days for careful inspection, professional cleaning, and secure packaging before they are handed over to our shipping partners.
4. Origin of Shipment & Tracking Because every pair of our collectible walnuts requires meticulous inspection and professional pairing, your order is dispatched directly from our primary curation center in Asia. We partner with premium international logistics to ensure safe delivery. Your package will fly directly to the US and be handed over to USPS for final delivery. Please note that your USPS tracking link may show "Awaiting Item" or "Label Created" for the first few days while the package is in international transit. This is completely normal. Once it clears US customs, USPS will update the local tracking steps.
