1. Shipping Destinations Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and supported worldwide address.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Handling Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (Monday - Friday).

Order Cut-off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
3. Transit Time & Shipping Rates

Transit Time: Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 8 business days (Monday - Friday).

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
