[About the Conjoined Twin Kylin Pattern Variety]
The "Conjoined Twin" (Lianti) configuration represents one of the rarest natural botanical anomalies in scholar walnut cultivation. Rather than developing as separate fruit, two walnut seeds grow and fuse together inside a single shell casing during early development. When combined with the high-relief "Kylin Pattern" (Qilinwen) rind lineage, the result is a massive, twin-lobed treasure with intricate scale formations spanning across both joined segments. Due to their immense width and striking silhouette, conjoined walnuts are highly prized as centerpiece collection items, display showpieces, and unique hand-massage collectibles.
[Characteristics of QLWLT-CWA3E]
-
Natural Twin Fusion Structure: Features two distinctly formed walnut bodies seamlessly joined at the central seam, creating a dramatic, wide-wing profile.
-
Signature Kylin Scale Texture: Covered in tight, deeply carved, interlocking scale matrix ridges that wrap around both fused hemispheres.
-
Massive 66.0mm Wingspan: Measuring a full 66.0mm in total width and 52.0mm in height, this pair offers an extraordinary visual scale and satisfying mass.
-
High-Density Mountain Timber: Solid, heavy wood construction with tight density, producing a clear acoustic ring when handled or rotated.
[Basic Care & Aging Info]
This collectible pair is grown exclusively for hand-play (pan), visual display, and cultural appreciation. Over time, regular handling allows natural skin oils to interact with the wood fiber, developing a deep ruby patina.
-
Artisan Coloration Tip: Use a firm nano-bristle or horsehair brush to clean deep between the intricate scale crevices and central joining seam after each session. Storing the pair in an airtight pouch when not in use helps maintain stable moisture levels, protecting against dry air cracks while accelerating the rich oxidation process.

Incredible service, I ordered a pair that sadly could not be shipped on account of a website error. Normally that would be a red flag; in this case however, an agent reached out to me immediately, allowed me to pick out an even higher quality pair and included some very thoughtful gifts. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and what started out as a mistake will have me returning here first whenever I want to expand my collection.
Class acts!
I ordered my Wenwans about 13 days ago. After contacting this company about a shipping issue they were able to solve it immediately as well as to rush the order. Literally just got mine today and they are absolutely gorgeous and very large! My Pair# is DGM-901. These are my very first high grades ones. Bought some crappy amazon ones for like 6 bucks to practice. I cannot wait to start my journey with these. I highly recommend this company for their outstanding customer service and quality control!
Thank you!
This company is Stellar. I’ve enjoyed the products I’ve Boughten for myself and gifts Ives given.
Love that you have miniature walnuts for those of us who have small hands.
These guys a great. Walnuts are high quality, and what you see is what you get, no random pairs that you may not like.
I've got 5 pairs off of them so far, and none have any flaws: no yellowing, pin holes, worm marks or cracks.
I'm not an expert, but I can't detect any dyes or processing on the nuts I have received.
They get back to you quickly if you have questions or issues.
Shipping is a couple weeks to canada since its off shore orgin. No big deal.
I do wish they would post the weights of the pairs as well in the listings, but this is minor.
I consider Zenwalnut to be the best north american walnut vendor hands down.
The box it came with is great and well made. The walnuts are out of this world. I don’t know how you find a three ridge mutation (Spartan motif) with such a good pairing. Even the basins complement each other, one elavated and the other depressed so they fit together. I highly recommend this seller if you want a reliable place where you can find rare, high quality walnuts. What you see in the pictures and videos is what you get. These are my second pair from zenwalnuts and I love both of them, thank you
The first pair I bought was a pair of minis, Packaging was amazing! Display case, and brushes were all under $100. I've been using them for just over a week. Excellent quality, I have dropped them once on accident of course over concrete while outside on the patio. I was quite concerned, I gave them a look over and no cracks, chips, or scratches were found. I am now looking into higher valued pairs. I will be buying other pairs for birthday gifts and collections. I posted them on FB and will continue to keep updates of the transformation every so often.
